At PGJHS these and other girls like them have become known for their talent and grace through the newly formed and highly appraised Tumbling Club. This is the first time in the history of PGJHS that a Tumbling Club has been claimed. It all started when a couple of girls asked Mrs. Rockett if a tumbling club could be organized. Mrs. Rockett then proceeded to higher authorities which then conceded to the organization of a Tumbling Club. The Club lacks much needed equipment, but it makes do with what it has. The Tumbling Club con- sists of about 45 girls in the it My Sth and 9th grades. Upon asking how the girls could benefit from this, Mrs. Rockett replied, The girls will learn many things in gymnastics A that they will need to know if l they plan to go on in this field of sports. The girls will be needing more equipment, but as far as talent goes, they have more than enough. Gymnastics, page I4
