Business and The Arts The manual arts and agriculture classes pursued their way through another year of preparing stu- dents for industrial-arts careers. The home economics classes ex- perimented in the arts of food preparation, sewing, family rela- tionships, and many other things during the year. Interested students became skilled in business methods and office practices. The Preston music department added many musical enjoyments with their numerous perform- ances throughout the year. The art department offered many new and exciting creations and ideas with the help of their new teacher, Mr. Post. Many of their projects were on display in the lunchroom during the year. Successful completion of driver’s training course enabled soph- omores to obtain their driver’s licenses.
