Autumn hikes, district meetings, Christmas charities, and a moth- er-daughter tea highlighted a year of indi- vidual growth and opportunities for better living. Editor Rosie Hall coordi- nates the group with the help of co-edi- tor Sand Bastion and active staff work- ers. Happenings of our school days are recorded and exciting events are written up. For the fifth consecutive year the chapter took first place in the major carpentry project division at the State Fair. Parliamentary procedure is stressed by weekly par- liamentary practice sessions and by using it in conduct- ing our chapter meetings. Many chapter awards are presented to members each year. The top student of each Agriculture class is pre- sented a scholarship pin. Attendance medals are given to members who have had perfect attendance at chap- ter meetings during the year.
