SONG z:: MAKE-A-CLUB OFFICER ' S NAMES; NAMES: Do you think that Presentation lacks any particular club vital to its exis- tence as a community-minded sec- ondary institute of higher education? (How about one in writing sensibly?) Below ore listed the ingredients nec- essary to operate your own special club, and instructions for putting it all together: Instructions First: Start with a name for your club, like The Saturday Evening Snipe Hunters Club or The Underwater Bosketweavers, Ass. Second: Volunteer a faculty member to be moderator. How about it, Mrs. Anderson? Third: Advertise your cl ub, so that you will not be the only member. Fourth: Hold elections for the club ' s Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and most importantly. Refreshments officer. (YOU of course, are Presi- dent.) Fifth: Select a meeting place. (How about the chalk-eraser cleaning room or one of our designer res- trooms? (Complete with felt pen mu- rals.) Sixth: Notify your nearest Yearbook staff member so that pictures may be token. . . and retaken. . . and reta- ken. . . and retaken. . . Seventh: Attach your pictures in the spaces provided. (We use Krazy Glue ourselves.) Eighth: (optional) If you would like your club ' s page to tie in with the theme of the Yearbook, think of on appropriate song title (ex: Why don ' t we do it in the road? or Look for the Union Label ) that describes your club. If not, maybe a preposi- tional phrase would be nice. Ninth: Organize Activities, such as Fundraisers and Field Trips. (Need ideas? How about Send Marti to Moscow, Port II or a trip to the Gas- lighter Theater) Tenth: Hold an emergency meeting to cut non-participating members out of the club.
