Then of course there's the Snickers or stick candy that had to be sold by Friday. The enthusiasm that Student Council generated and the feeling of being a part of it all may be what attracted students to join in the fun. Senior Class President, Kristi McDowell said that the 1987-1988 senior class was more willing to par- ticipate and enthusiastic about ac- tivities. She had a lot to prepare her- self for. The senior class sponsored the Christmas Dance, and the tradi- tional gift the seniors give to the school every year; but McDowell was also in charge of Homecoming '87: “Badger the Wolverines.
