Classrooms These scenes are a part of the life of every student of old P. H. S. this year, but they will be only memories, for all of the other students, as well as the graduates, will soon leave these rooms for the last time. No doubt in their eagerness to enjoy the new school they will forget these scenes for a time, but when the newness has worn off, they will recall them with affec- tion, for they are reminders of the many happy hours spent at the old high school. The above scenes are but a few of the rooms that hold such happy memories. The quietness of the library, the explosions of the chem- istry room, the uproars of the typing room, and the smells of the cooking room are but a few of the many things to be left behind. In other spe- cialized rooms, such as the shops and the art and drawing rooms, are found the noises of the lathes and handsaws and the chatter of the art supply room. Of course, the same things will be found in the new school, but they will never be the same to those who have graduated here and to those who have been students here.
