Cogetlier . . with the administration The Presbyterian Pan American School is operated by the Synod of Texas of the Presbyterian Church. U. S. lt was opened in 1956 with the purpose of providing the Americas with Christian leaders. The school was built upon the heritages of The Texasa Mexican Industrial Institute and the Presbyterian School for Mexican Girls. Fifteen trustees elected by the Synod of Texas but including representatives of such groups as the National Presbyterian Church in Mexico have the overall re- sponsibility for operation of the Presbyterian Pan American School. The Reverend Sherwood H. Reisner. president of the school. is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary. He is now a candidate for a doctorate degree. All faculty and staff members are members of the Presbyterian Church. Most of them are active in church leadership and some of them are ruling elders.
