John, Slevenson, and R. Moore. K Easl is lhe mosl popular ward wilh L Easl coming second. The popularily, il seems, depends on lhe head nurse. V The Operaling Room runs lirsl in prelerence lor a special service because il is exciling and dillerenl. Nurses are lilerary minded in lheir lime oll duly lhough a greal number lind lime lo sleep. The Dramalic Club is lhe mosl popular organizalion. Dislikes run a varied course, namely, dressing al six-lilleen, black shoes and while panls, scallops and cream pulls, lalking shop, Maxwell Hall meals and service, llallery, iniuslice, deceil, sarcasm, noise, cleaning rooms and lockers, and onions. Swimming is lhe lavorile sporl lollowed secondly by horseback riding.
