MacQueen, School Director of Athletics Milton Davis, Church Recreational Director Through the athletic program of the Day School we are striving to develop strong useful bodies, quick resourceful minds and a spirit instilled with the ideals of fair play and teamwork, We do not expect all of our boys to become great athletes but we do expect them to learn the skills of the games and to do their best whether in the games played at school or in the bigger game of life, The variety of activities offered in our athletic program gives each boy a chance to gain proficiency in several different sports, something we feel is most vital in the development of a well-rounded personality, To this end the athletic staff has dedicated itself. As a matter of interest, we have found through our testing program that boys havin received this training rank far above the national average in athletic achievement, Sports included at the Day School are soccer, football, basketball, gymnastics Qtum- bling and trampolinej, softball, track, games, and calisthenics.
