ADMINISTRATION Working together in co-operation with the Board and faculty, the Administration handles the momen¬ tous task of keeping Premontre a well-oiled, preci- sioned instrument. Under their watchful eyes, im¬ portant aspects of the school, such as public rela¬ tions, programming, discipline, activities, and guid¬ ance, are directed towards one important goal — the development of a Christian Gentleman . Each man is an expert in his field, and each does his job well. Father Toonen, Principal, kept a fatherly eye on all areas of school activities. After guiding the school so well the last few years, Father Toonen is leaving for a year of study in Spain and eventually a teaching position at St. Norbert College. Assistant principal Father Blecha takes care of the important paper work that accompanies any high school organiza¬ tion. Mr. Harry Hoehne, vice-principal and discipli¬ narian, sees that the rules and regulations estab¬ lished by the Board and faculty are obeyed. Father Peeters, Registrar, has the almost impossible task of rostering 800 students into a schedule that runs as smoothly as it does. Guidance Director, Father Wigman, handles the task of processing senior col¬ lege applications, one of the many important pro¬ grams of the guidance department. A lucky photographer was able to capture this picture of all five administrative members in the same place and at the same time! Father Peeters, Father Blecha, Mr. Hoehne, Father Toonen, and Father Wigman. 59
