Bad Seed The drama “Bad Seed” makes a person wonder of the psychological effects that Rhoda had on her family and friends. Although Rhoda, a devilish imp child, had myste¬ rious ways, her close asso¬ ciates only thought Rhoda was overly mature. Evil Rhoda, although she is involved in the murders of two people, is not suspected due to her innocent actions. When Rhoda’s mother, Christine, and Rhoda’s teacher continue to question her, they begin to suspect something because of Rhoda’s, “I could care less” attitude toward the murders. Because of Christine’s sus¬ picions, she attempts to kill Rhoda and herself. Although the Mother dies, Rhoda lives on to possibly continue her homicidal tendencies. 36

Student Council Dedication and cooperation were they keys that unlocked the doors for Student Council this year. Erasing the POW pro¬ ject debt was the main goal, and this was accomplished with the participation of all 49 members. Selling light bulbs, presenting movies and spon¬ soring dances were the main projects which relieved the Council of its debt. This was a most successful year for the annual Christmas Basket drive which is sponsored by the Stu¬ dent Council each year. A Slave Dance opened the school year and proved to be a mon¬ ey-making project. Other suc¬ cessful projects were the Monster Night movie show¬ ings, and the screening of the movie, “Little Big Man.” OFFICERS: BOTTOM ROW: (L-R): P. VandenHeuvel, S. Birdsa III. ROW 2: K.
