Our flrst great adventure was the class trip to Roseland ln the elghth Just had to spend it on all the breath taklng rides, lots of hot dogs ca y and 1ce cream at Roseland Agaln 1D our freshman class, we took a tr1p to Roseland whlch agaln reduced our treasury completely In our sophomore year we sold statlonery and felt l1ke real salesman, Really we probably had no lnfluence on people at all We also Jolned w1th the freshman to sponsor the Freshman Sophomore Dance, our first b1g money making feat In our JUH10T year we took life easy and did the whole sum of nothing Now at last we are Senia's We started the year oif well by obta1n1ng a good proflt from our mBg8Z1D8 campaign On November 16, 1956 we put on the annual senlor play Our play was Amerlcan Passport Boy we found out that lt takes hard work to learn those part?-O est thrlll of our hlgh school years was our trip to New York 1D May We stayed at the Edison Hotel hav1ng the tlme of our l1fe Carole Wicks OLLV Ylfd G, Ffycvtlv Grade, X' 715 Cf'uff57Lma5 owprue e 2 A A , . E l0R CLASS PLAY On the evening of Friday, November 16, at 8:00 PM, the senior class under the direction of Mrs. W. B. Merritt, presented a play, 'American Passport' by Dana Thomas. The play tells the story of the Hamilton family, their interest and involvement in quite radical politics and their gradual awakening to both the real responsibility of an American citizen and the meaning of our American traditions.
