FOURTH ROW: Karen Phinny, Vermille Smith, Karen Palmer, Norma Rose, Donna Renner, Caren Fitzsimmons, Olee Ann DeVoss, Dena Scott, Janice Greenstreet, Earlene David, Mary Ann Holmes, Becky Hannan, Emma Jo Magnison, Barbara Johnson. The Junior College Choir, under the direction of Mr. Floyd Carpenter, performed for several occasions this year. One of the most spectacular was their operetta, Down in the Valley. The group also sang for the Student Congress, the Christmas program and commencement. Several ensembles, made up of members of the choir, kept busy singing for local civic clubs and various other school activities, such as the annual field trip taken each spring. 47
