For several years, Prairiland was a new school, with no traditions to look back to except those of the schools from which it was consolidated. But in seventeen years, the Pa trio ts ha ve de veloped a rich tradition in bo th boys ' and girls ' athletics, including personal all-district, all-Red River Valley, and all-state honors, and district, regional, and state championships.
