Student Lif -? ore Than Just Book Angie Wright School life is often considered by many students, boring. You get up, get dressed, go to school, come home, do homework fmaybel, go to bed, and then get up and start all over again. Five days a week, nine months a year. But student life is more than just classes and homework. It's publications, forensics contests, musical programs, prom and homecoming. It's clubs, such as FHA, FFA, NHS, Letterman's and Spanish. It's also extra-curricular activities like Stuco, plays and horse shows. It's the inter- related going to KU. It's the Culture Club going to Snow Creek. It's the seniors traveling to Branson for their senior trip. These clubs, events, contests and pro- grams tend to bring out the unique charac- teristics of each student. Even though the majority of school time is taken up with academics the students manage to find the time to relieve the ten- sion through various other activities. Pep assemblies, pizza party, lip sync, power puff football and all-school quiz bowls. ,ii 1 ' Q ye, .
