Participants learn to accept success and failures, gains poise and confidence, achieve tolerance and understanding of others and gain-the self-satisfaction of accomplishing goals. Under a well-administered school pro- gram, students and spectators become better citizens through participations and obsevation of activities conducted under established rules.
