he Centennial Year celebration planned for 1978 profiled a natural goal. Discontent among students came to a head in Febru-iry—ending with various expressions of anger, fear and iolence. At the year’s end there was an investigation to e reported by the Texas Senate and various other chal-enges extending from students, faculty and the alumni. Pantherland has been visibly shaken in 1971.
