The Dust performed for the student body and had the biggest reception of any convocations before. They gave deep and meaningful thoughts to the kids. Two members of the Goshen High School Swing Choir put their whole selves into it as they sing Tea for Two. Field Trip in Gym I wonder what it is this time-At least we get out of class! The Goshen Swing Choir lost their rooster and are trying to find him because he's a big spender. A Ne- gro spiritual singer congratulates the student body on being Black Panthers. The Dust comes sweep- ing through with God, Love and Rock'n'Roll, while Yoga shows mus- cles you've never felt and shouldn't have. Entertainment comes to Prai- rie Heights with a grand slam home run as convocations proved to be the best ever. Student Life 19

With his drum to keep the beat and Rick Tracey to add the excitement, another con- vocation was a success. With a tired body but a strong finger, the Red Head goes on with the show. They cre- ate a challenge for our own varsity team. In a small amount of pain, Mark Fultz does a yoga exercise that is supposedly good for the body. Charles King, the Negro singer, brought harmonization into our school as he uses Dan Merriman to explain his diaphragm techniques. 18 Student Life

A Bunch of Show-offs They come to see the stars in the Planetarium they are proud of, to see the teachers their child talks about all the time, they browse in the library and tour the office, the gals go to the Varsity room and tour the other side. They sip punch in the cafeteria and listen to the local choir in the gym. lt's open House with exhibits in all the rooms-a time to show off the facilities. MR. JONES is on his toes as he shows School Board member Kenneth Perkins around the Office Education Classroom. UTENSILS UNANIMOUS. NEVER TOO LATE TO COME BACK. Janet Prough a former graduate from P.H. visits the school and has a sip of punch during Open House. PUNCH 'N' COOKIES, PUNCH 'N' COOK- IES. A family sits together in their school cafeteria for a little snack after touring the premises.
