The P.H.S. Music Department presented Where's Charley?” on February 3.4,5. Charley, played by Roland Welsch. Jr., was the leading man. Amy. played by Debbie Geislor. was the leading lady. Many peoplo commented that it was the best musical Prairie du Chien has seen in years. Top L.: Jack (John Worrel). Kitty (Gina Haefer,) Mr. Spettigue (Dan Key). Charley — as the aunt (Roland Welsch). and Amy (Debbie Geisler) ,,meet” in the garden scene. Top R.: Mr. Spettigue (Dan Key) is telling the crowd that the two couples will never marry. Middle L.: The photographer (Mark Fulcher) is trying to get the audience into focus. The Problem is they won't suck in. Middle R.: Drama director Jim Walz is in one of his many positions as stage designer. Bottom L.: The real aunt. Donna Lucia D.'Alvadorez (Shelley Vuillemot). is telling a funny story in the ladies' dressing room where these young ladies are waiting for their beaus. Sadie Hawkins Gives Girls Chance r I m m Younp couples braved a treacherous snowstorm to attend the annual Sadie Hawkins Dance, which was held on January 20. in the high school gym. The Student Council sponsored a disc jockey from radio station KFMD-93 of Dubuque to provide entertainment. Top L.: Kelly O'Brien and Jeff Roach arc in a dancing mood. Top R.: Mike Rytilahti and Becky Nicholson sit this one out. Middle L.: Peggy Lechnir. Phyllis Waller, and Tammie Sheckler sec m to be enjoying themselves.
