Faculty overpowers all-stars “Mr. Walz has nice legs for an older man!” “Why is Mr. Nielson shooting a 20 foot free throw?” “There goes ‘George of the Jungle’ Lane pulling another stunt!” These remarks were heard at the fund-raising event when the faculty competed against the WKTY-WSPL all-stars. The game proved very exciting as hot hands “Bingo Kasey” and “sure-fire Gilbertson” shot for a win. Along with Beebs” aggressive defense and the team’s capability, they were victorious, winning 57-47. This game was sponsored by the Student Council, with the proceeds going towards the McCarville-Cowie scholarship fund. 24-Faculty B.B. game
