The Boy Friend, a stylish cartoon of the Jazz Age and presented by the Music Department was a great success, being sold out during the three night performances. Don Remaly and Jeanne Munson began the show with an introduction about the play. (FAR MIDDLE LEFT) The Boy Friend played by Stew Remaly and Polly Brown acted by Melo Soghanalian captured their audience in their musical number. Poor Little Pierette (BELOW) The Boy Friend dancers appeared during the first act to perform their musical routine. (TOP LEFT) Opening Act II. Dulcie played by Chris DesRocher led the singing of Sur La Plage (FAR LOWER LEFT) while the young men and ladies entertained the crowd. As a grand finale the cast sang The Boy Friend . (BELOW) Madame Dubonnet, the school head mistress, and Percival, Polly's Father, were acted by Kim Miller and Roland Welsch. (MIDDLE) Lord Brockhurst. a frisky old man and his wife Lady Brockhurst, played by Randy Bushnell and Steph Steiner were a fly''ing success as they kept their audience laughing with their conversations.
