To start the year the glee club sang for the County Schoolmasters Club. The following month with the help of the boys they presented WThe Darkie Ja1boree.W The WSinging Christmas Treen was the outstanding work of the year. After working months, learning the music to attend the all-state Highschool Festival in Stillwater, Jan. 21--old man winter stepped in and made the trip impossible. The Girls Sextet was organized from the gleeclub. These six are-- Norms Lee Farley, Impgene Hinson, Iva Beymer, Elizabeth Ann Thompson, Laura Lee Nash and Charlene Kahanek. 37 up cm io The Red Peppers organised at the beginning of the school term amd remained active throughout the football season. At the first meeting the following officers were elected: Charlene Kahanek, president, and Eleanor Estes, secretary. At this meeting the club voted to accept lisa Dickinson as an honorary club sponsor. The Red Peppers sponsored by Kiss Legeko and lies Dickinson attended all games.
