Friendly Support from the Prague Community Top left corner is two active supporters selling cake raffle tickets at a game. Below is the firemen getting involved with a Fire Prevention Poster Contest and Program. At the top right are visitors of the 5th 85 6th grade to tell them about some of Prague's History, Below right is the juniors at County Gov't Day learning more about democracy. Bottom middle is four football fathers getting psyched up to cheer on the team at a pep rally in the evening for the football team. What is it like to live in a small town of only 290 peo- ple? No, there is no fast-food restaurants or Cinema 's but there are people who support any school function and are willing to help anyone out. For a writing assignment in En- glish the Sophomores responded to the question asked What do you like about living in a small community? Fresh air, birds singing, hardly any traffic and no worryabout kidnappings or muggings. - Donna Houfek There are no stop lights, town curfews or city cops. - Margaret Stanek Prague is only 15-30 minutes away from other towns. - Carmon Egr Organizations sponsor different activities like Easter Egg Hun ts, Christ- mas sales, dances etc. for the children and adults to enjoy. - Shelly Odvody You can walk down the street and see familiar faces to greet. -Connie Kremlacek in 4 Prague Today

Homecoming Brings Alive P.H. S. Spirit E . T A Lf' CAREER DA Y C O UPLE DA Y Once again spirit Week was a success for the 1 986 homecom- ing. The kids seemed to enjoy it. Dressing up differently ga ve them a chance to show others their unique personalities. On Thursday night we had our annual bonfire. Everyone was Welcome to come to cheer and raise the spirit for the game. On Friday We had our pep rally Where the band leads the whole school downtown to cheer, and have skits.
