mar: 6' , A ' Prom was rock'n and roll'n with the Dj, Stanton Sound. At left are the Waiters and waitresses who served the meal forprom. They were Gary Humlicek, Torrey Dauel, Chris johnson, Margaret Stanek, Carmon Egr, and Shelly Odvody, The Post Prom had constant excitement all through the night. They had impersonations of the kids by the teachers. Mr. Collins acted like jim Kubik at a hog show. Dale Focher and Larry Koranda did a lip sync to the song, 'Ttsy-Bitsy Teen y- Ween y Yellow Polka-Dot Bikini. There were games going on all night long, including Beat The Dealer. The Limousine ride at the action was bought by Deanne Wade, Marlene Sou- sek, Melissa Smith, Connie Kratlcy, Kim Smith and Traci Kavan. A high turnout provided a fun night for all. 'N l ff'

The meal consisted of roast beef catered by Tom Slizinski, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, rolls, salad, fruit cocktail and coffee, punch or tea. The meal was prepared by the junior class mothers, at right: Twila Wade, janet Piercy, Beverly Paseka, Margaret Humilicelc. Back row: Darlene Kavan, Laura Vanek, Joann johnson, RoseAnn Koranda, and Jeanne Vanek. Musical entertain- ment was provided by Stan ton Sound. The night was enjoyed by all.

The Prague FFA chapter officers were Mr, Collins as the Advisor, jim Kuhik - Vice Presi- dent, Cory Piercy - President, Larry Koranda - Secretary, Roger Kuhik - Treasurer, and Gary Piercy - Reporter. not pictured was Mike Brennan, who served as Sentinal for part of the school year, Fill-L. This year the Fu ture Farmers ofAmerica did many dif- ferent things. One big job was picking up corn off the ground for Richard Kubik after a hail storm had hit. There were twenty-four VO-AG and FFA members picking up corn. There were about nine hundred bushels picked. Another event was a trip to Kansas City, MO. for the Na tional FFA Convention. There were six people who went - Mr. Collins, Miss Haldeman, Gary Piercy, Cory Piercy, 10 FFA Top picture.' FFA Convention in Kansas City. Lower picture - student teacher Lisa Haldemen who was from the University of Nebraska and was student teaching at Prague High Vo-Ag. Gerald Humlicek, and Curtis Prohaska. jim Kubik went to Kansas City, MO for the American Royal to show hogs, He placed second in junior swine showmanship and Re- serve Grand Champion for a Douroc Hog. Gary Piercy placed second at Ashland for District EX- temporaneous speaking, At the Saunders County fair, the Prague FFA Chapter placed first in Ag Mechanics.
