Bernard Dushek This year, the Board instituted a new 10 period day. and scheduled many new classes into the curriculum. Both of these changes worked surprisingly well for their first year. The Class of 1981 has shown outstanding leader- ship for the student body of P.H.S. That leadership quality will be of great value to each member of the class as you leave Poynette High School. The challenges of our complex world have never been greater for a high school graduate - how will you respond to those challenges? My sincerest best wish- es to each of you!!! Mr. Noble To The Class of 1981 The Poynette High School Class of 1981 faces the same challenges as past graduating classes of P.H.S. These challenges consist of decisions, future school- ing, jobs, marriage, families, major purchases, and others too numerous to list. It is hoped that P.H.S. has helped prepare you to make these decisions and to face the future with hope and optimism. Much of what you have done in high school can be directly attributed to your attitude and your inner motivation. If you have a positive attitude and can motivate yourself to complete tasks, you will be successful in whatever endeavor you select. As you leave Poynette High School, remember that proper preparation, a positive attitude, and self motivation will enable you to accomplish a great deal.
