He served as Principal for 2 years and has served as Superintendent- Principal for 3 years. Under his administration we have had a new football and track field and also a new stadium. These are only a few of the accom- plishments that have improved the Powers Schools. We wish to thank Mr. Elder for the fine job he has done. The paper, titled the 'Hi-Power' serves as a news source for school and community, and is published bi-weekly. The paper, which usually makes money, subsidizes the annual which costs about $7. 25 each and which we sell for $3. 75. The yearbook staff was cut to two editors and a photographer.
