Senior Class Prophecy While looking into my crystall ball one evening, I saw the Senior Class of 1953 in the year of 1973. Janet Dobson, the daring mountain climber has climbed Mt. Everest, Janet’s long absence has proved to be spent in the building of her dream house which she built on the very top of the mountain. The great baseball slugger, Myrtle Magill, has recently signed up with the Boston Red Sox. She is the only woman player and has earned the title of best slugger of ’73. The most famous trapeze artist in history, Janette Shawver has finally won the center ring. Janette says she is very pleased and will be with the Clyde Beaty Circus soon. Willene Grove is a famous model in Hollywood. Willene has worked hard and now has money to burn. She owns abig mansion and estate in the heart of Powers. Lois Warrick has inherited a big ranch in Texas. Being a lover of child- ren, she thought a big family would go well with a big ranch. She now has 13 children, which includes a set of triplets and three sets of twins. The greatest five-star General ever to be, Ken Wooden has ended the Korean War and is now forcing all other communist countries to sign last- ing peace treaties. Joe Boutin has taken to the field of science and is known as “The Brain.” He is trying to beat Einstein and is also engaged in making a rocket ship to reach Mars. And so ends the story of the Seniors of ’53, but their fame will never end.
