The only thing wrong with the Freshman class trip to Bob-lo was that it didn't last long enough. The round trip - complete with a boat ride to the island amusement park, took almost five hours. They spent the same amount of time at the park. It was a wonderful day for the Freshmen, singing and dancing on the boat, and hundreds of rides, games and concession stands greeted them. Even better, the cloudy skies never let loose with the predicted rain. It truly was a fun way to end their first year at Pow- ers.
