ADMINISTRA TION In so many ways the quality of any school is determined by the quality of principal who is at the helm. Powell Valley High School was fortunate to have had Mr. J. P. Horton as princi¬ pal for eleven years. Under¬ standing and fair, he dealt wisely with each student’s prob¬ lems.
