administration Mr. W. D. Richmond has served for two years as our Divi- sion Superintendent. During this time he has rendered an out- standing service to our school system. The dedication and foresight of Mr. Richmond will greatly influence the future of the young people of our area. Mr. Harley T. Stallard, a former principal of Powell Valley High School, Is the Director of Instruction of V ise County Schools. His efficiency and enthusiasm have proved him worthy of this position. Mr. J. P. Horton, our principal, holds a B.A. degree from Lincoln Memorial University and a M.S. degree from the University of Houston. He has become an outstanding leader not only in our school, but also in the community. His sincerity and understanding have made him beloved by all who know him. Mr s.
