ADMINISTRATION Mr. W. D. Richmond Is our capable Division Superintendent. For many years he served as Director of Instruction and has had great influence on the quality of education in the county. We look to him for guidance in producing an outstanding school system. Mr. J. P. Horton, our principal, devotes much effort and time to making this a better school and to understanding the students. He holds a B.A. degree from Lincoln Memorial University and a M.S. degree from the University of Houston. He is always willing to serve the school and community. Mr. Harley T. Stallard is the Director of Instruction of Wise County Schools. He Is no stranger to the classroom, having had a variety of experiences ranging from teacher of a one room school to former principal of Powell Valley High School. In his new position he will have even more Influence on education in the county. Mrs. Patsy Arnold serves Powell Valley High School as the princi- pal ' s efficient secretary. Mr. W. D.
