L' Seniors Introduce X! QUISITE T RADITIONAL POWELL HIGH SCHOOL POWELL, TENNESSEE On the county's northern border Reared against the sky Proudly stands our Alma Mater As the years go by. May it ever be our watchword Conquer and prevail Hail to thee our Alma Mater Dear old Powell High, Hail! 5 6 cjj DEDICATION With sincere appreciation and the highest esteem we, the senior class, dedicate the I960 edition of The Panther to our first principal. Professor W. W. Morris. We are the last graduating class of Powell High School to have begun our high school career when Mr. Morris was principal. Through his excellent leadership, keen understanding, and devotion to his work, Mr. Morris won in our hearts a place of sincere love and admiration. We regard him as we did then, a gentleman, a scholar, and an educator. 14 a E KNOX COUNTY ENROLLMENT CARD Locker No, OQ Date Sept a, 9f 9 Name—J fa € | mJlTt_______Grade- tzt± Date of Birth 1 _3 f f tZr Age Telephone.
