In the last seven years, the band, under the direction ot' Mr. Collier. has played for festival such selections as March Slat '. Annie Get Your Gun. Olqlahoma. Die Fledermausf' Porgy and Bess. and 'Clerome Kerns Songs. During the years that Mr. Collier has directed the band, Powell has rated superior six times.
