He received his Bachelor's degree from Willamette University and his Master's degree from Oregon State University. He taught in Glendale High School before becoming superintendent for Halsey, Harrisburg, Prospect, Huntington and North Powder. MRS. MERLIN SMITH Mrs. Smith has been our District Clerk and Secretary for five years. She keeps lunch count and does other various jobs. MRS.
