Last year the band received a I Superior in all categories at the California Regional Festival. They hoped to be able to repeat this feat again this year. This band plays several concerts during the course of the year. Each year it entertains all the elementary students with a concert of especially prepared music. This year's special piece for the kids was Peter and the Wolf. A two day tour of the Los Angeles area was also planned. The year culminates with the Annual Spaghetti Dinner-Concert, an evening of variety entertainment and good food. Then the big free concert combined with the Jazz-Rock Ensemble. Finally Commencement and they are through for the year.
