JVs Win District 14 AA Crown 14-AA District JV Champs ended the football season with a perfect 10-O record. For the year, Pottsboro outscored its opponents 242-46, including six shutouts. Running and passing games owe much of their success to the offensive line. The defense did its part in the winning year by leading in tackles. A powerful running game supplied the Cardis with a winning offense. A. Members of the JV team show their winning school spirit. B. Ballplayers display their enthusiasm in pre-game activities. C. Losing only one district game, the team finished behind Whitewright. The eighth graders, through the coaching of Bo Jones and Gary Clements posted a 6-1-0 district record.
