Fifty-Six Seniors Graduate in '81 For the Senior Class of 1981 it was a year of change. Thirty-two members of the eighth grade graduating class remained to cross the stage May 28. An additional twenty-four seniors joined the happy occasion with a sense of responsibility and achievement. Throughout the years students moved away and others arrived but closeness of the seniors prevailed. Class members achieved many honors, participated in athletic events and extra-curricular activities. Among these was the Senior sponsored football throw booth at the P.T.O. Halloween Carnival. The money earned was used in preparation for the graduation ceremonies. In the fall they traveled to the University of Texas at Dallas to see a professional production of William Shakespeares' Macbeth. This was to kick-off an extensive study of Macbeth in English IV.
