Through the years the student council in Junior High has worked and been a strong foundation in school and community pro jects They have held bike a thons painted playground equipment and held a booth at the annual PTO carnival The money they have raised is contributed to the Heart Fund. This year, they participated in the Denison Christmas parade, as shown above, vvinning first place in the youth divi- sion. Their hard work and sense of civic duty has made the Junior High student council the pride of the Pottsboro Inde- pendent School District. This year's student council members are sixth, sev- enth, and eighth graders: Bottom Row, Angie Anderson, Suzette Tignor, Scott Laney, Melanie Rhodes. Second Row, Ann McPherson, Vicki Grace, Andrea Wilson, Liz Bently, Bobbye Glascock, and Natalie Cotmann. Third Bow, Gerald Lawler, Shelly Barrett, Angie Bishop, Angie Morris, and Wallace Lewis.
