Agard, S. Viele, Moses, C. Morrison. The EIGHTH GRADE at Pottersville Central School is typical of others across the land. We are slowly shaking ourselves from our childhood dreams and beginning to open our eyes to the Comdex world about us. The light of recognition and acceptance comes in its own good time and some of us are all ready fully awake while the rest are, as yet, slumbering blissfullly. We hooe that June will find us all yawning and stretching for the next rung on the ladder.

' 1 Jer-- SEVENTH GRADE Back Rows S. Viale, B. Harpp, G. Armstrong, C. Norton, R. Bleickhardt, T. Engle, K. Perkins. Middle Row: J. West, F. Shaw, R. Clark, D. Armstrong, E. Bump, J. Gamble, S. Schmidt, C. AuClaire, D. Engstrom, D. Thompson, D. Reichert. Front Row: T. Downey, D. Reichert, M. McDevitt, P. Miner, M. J. VanGuilder, M. Rumble, L. Carlson. The SEVENTH GRACE at Pottersville Central School is the turning point from the elementary school to the senior high school. We try to develop those skills and attributes which will give us a sense of self-discipline and responsibility. Sometimes we find this difficult to do as we are still so close to our elementary school days and ideas. One way we are trying to become more closely associated with the high school is by sending two representatives, Mark McDevitt and Joan Gamble, to the newly formed Student Council. We do not elect class officers and therefore we welcome this oooortjnity to see democracy in action.
