CSO OI22 0146 Qafures Some Sophomore handiwork. Sophomore class officers are Front: Ronald Shaffer, treasurer. Middle: Sandra Herndon, vice-presidentg Mary Lynn McCormick, secretary. Back: John Brinkley, representative to the Student Government: James Stanton, president. Sophomore guides for Freshman Week. Although the week preced- ing the first classes of the Fall Semester is called Fresh- man Week, Sophomores seem to enjoy that time of the year more than the younger mem- bers of our student body. As well as serving as official guides for the week, the second-year students compose Freshman rules which are ef- fective until Homecoming. They insist that the new stu- dents learn many essential facts, such as the number of red flowers in the flower bed. Some did not learn well enough and they face Judge James Stanton in Kangaroo Court. The top four class offi- cers serve as leaders in the Student Government.
