ewf' i, REBECCA ZINA CARROLL Born August 11, 1907 Died October 27, 1966 Cdiv Miss Rebecca DEDICATIGN We, the Administration, Faculty, and Student Body of Potomac State College, dedicate this 1967 edition of the Catamount to Miss Rebecca for her over forty years of loyalty, devotion, and service to our Alma Mater. She was the guiding hand that carefully nurtured the physical young men and women in order to enable them to become better students. Milton must have had in mind such a noble individual as Miss Rebecca when he wrote: Who best Bear his mild yoke, they serve him best. His state Is kingly: thousands at his bidding speed, And post o'er land and ocean without restg They also serve who only stand and Wait.
