FOREWORD Our world, at Potomac State College, is a small world of education within the larger world, and this 1961 edition of the Catamount attempts within the pages of this book to portray our smaller world by representing the people, the activities, and the classes that make up our campus. These pages represent a treasure oimemories for now and the years to come. We hope as our students strive to make the world moie meaningful, they will from time to time look within the pages of this book and remember--with pride--the experiences and achieve ments at Potomac State College that enabled them to strive for and reach higher goals.
