There is inueh truth in this hoinespun saying, and it is also a statement of truth that L'lllllALll'lt'l' is a quality much to he de- sired, a quality that must Ire possessed. This is true ot' individuals and it is true of institutions. The character of an institution is often refleeted in its publications, in its student publications no less than in its more formal statements. Through the years The Catamount has presented the non-academic life of the campus. It has given it pictorial and graphic aeeount of the in- dividuals and organizations that have been developing a Potomac State School gradually expanding in intluenee and usefulness.
