As you look through the pages of this humble effort to portray the school lilfe at Potomac State College during the past year, we hope that we have fulhlled the purpose of leaving with you our dedication. I Cf 0'ccW0'ct The editors realize that perhaps they have failed to give justice to certain events of the school year prior to the second semester. Due to the fact that the Catamount did not begin to materialize until March, logo, the editors ask that the readers overlook any shortf comings which may present themselves. A very limited budget forced us to economize in every possible measure: however, we have attempted to give to the student body a volume worthy of Potomac State College.
