To us, this is the highest honor we can bestow upon anyone. We trust that he will accept our appreciation and gradtitude with the dedication. He is a gentleman who merits our highest esteem. Mr. Evans was born in Denton, Texas . His parents, Mr. Si Mrs. F. Evans, now live at Cordell, Oklahoma, where they moved when he was a youngster. He has four brothers and one sister. He and his brothers have all been outstanding basketball and football players .
