The C. B. FREDERICK Page Ten Mr. C. B. Frederick came here in l936 as principal of Poteau High School. He has, also. taught American History each year. He was graduated from Southeastern State Teachers College at Durant in l932 with a BS. degree, and received his lVl.A. degree from Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College at Stillwater. in l9'S6. Mr. Frederick is sponsor of the Student Council, and has initiated several projects for the improvement of the school.

SUPERINTENDENT J. W. LOGAN Mr. J. W. Logan, superintendent of Poteau schools since 1935. was graduated from Southeastern State Teachers College at Durant in 1926, with a B.A. degree. He received his 1Vl.A. degree from Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College at Stillwater in 1930. From 1929 to 1933 Mr. Logan was principal of the Poteau High School. He left for two years and returned in 1935 as superintendent. Mr. Logan has done a splendid job of organizing the school into an efficient, progressive institution. Page Nine

Faculty Mrs. Pansy Kidd, now in her twenty-second year at Poteau. is the principal ul' Poteau .lunior High. She teaches American l.itera- ture and linglish literature in the Senior High. Mrs Kidd was graduated lrtmni Indiana University with a HA. degree. 'l'he masters degree was conferred on her by Oklaho Agricultural and Meclianieal Kollege at Stillwater, with a major linglish and a minor in lidtieatiun.
