Senior Prophecy Paul Jacobsen has been hired as Weightlifting instructor at Muscle Beach. Isn't Sharon Catts doing a good job as editor of the New York Times? We have just received a report Jan Gustafson is driving her English Ford for the penguins at the Portland Zoo. Evelyn Burshek is now working as librarian at Sing Sing. If prisoners are late with books she promptly puts them in solitary. Wally Lund is at M. I. T. I He is now teaching Physics and Chemistry. Jeanette Wade has an interesting job. She lives in California and the last time we were down, she was sitting on top of the Golden Gate Bridge with a bucket of paint in her hand. Ruth Corkum is employed in the tombstone and cemetery business. Her company name is 'Richard's Graves'. Howard Walter, an executive on the National Physical Fitness Program, has received world-wide fame by teaching his unique style of running on the basketball court. We have just received word that Phil Rogers has been promoted to the highest rank in the Canadian Mounted Police. The Chaplain of the United States Senate was recently in Oregon and spoke at Portland Christian High. Those of you in the class of '63 will remember his wife, the former Glennda Prunty. A firm which has recently received wide-spread acclaim in the interior decorating field was started as a very small concern under the name of Dotti's Pent-House Projects. We just got a letter from Mr. Kenneth saying Joy Bolen has successfully completed her course in poodle cuts and dog psychology. I hear the editor at Portland Christian was very much surprised when Carol Daniels walked in for Bruno's. Rocking in their favorite rocking chairs sit J. F. K. and Namoi White competing for top honors in the reading-words-per-minute competition. Much to our surprise, it was reported by a son of a '63 class member, that as he took his drivers test, his instructor was none other than our Jane Smith. Rich Graves, as the President of Fizzy Bottling Co. , has come up with a new nation-wide sales line - Ruth Corks 'um. Kathy Blanchard, famed woman reformer, has thrown all her years of experience into a clean-up of the Porters Union. Brent Ebinger is now putting up gas stations in rural areas and finds this very profitable.
