FROM THE EDITOR . . . Once again the Searchlight is here! We, as the Searchlight staff sincerely hope that this annual, not only will bring back memories for you, and that it is the best yet , but that it will be a good testimony of what Christian High is really like. Each of us have earnestly prayed that it will be another method of influencing young people to come to Christian High, and as a result become better prepared to live a victorious life for Christ. Our theme this year is the Christian pathway. Jesus said that the first step to entering life is to go through the straight and narrow gate . From here on He says that the way is not easy-the road is narrow and straight, but, more important than any earthly troubles we could have, are the spiritual joys and blessings along the way and finally eternal life at the end of the road. The last gates through which we will ever pass will be those of the new jerusalem. May God help each one of us to continue in His Way so that our happiness and joy will be complete when we face Christ on that wonderful day!
