Miss Georgia, Herald, Adviser WOMEN ' S ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION The Women ' s Athletic Association, under the council of Miss Jo Herald, is open to all girls who have earned eligibility. Eligibility is according to the points or grades the girls obtained in the Physical Education classes. The 1955-56 year found the girls busy sponsoring dances, participating in intra- mural and interscholastic athletic events. These men, who are a tre- mendous contribution to the P.C. athletic program, are overseen by the head of the athletic department, Mr. Sid Hall. As a living group they have their own officers to act in their behalf as they have been acknowledged as an organization by the Asso- ciated Student Body Council.
