Ann Green, Assistant Business Manager Karen Bastian, Business Manager 1956 THE STAFF NOTE A voyage without anything eyecatching is not really worth- while. The LOG staff has recognized that fact, and we have made use of a variety of layout techniques to insure an interesting and en|oyable |ournal of P.C. s voyage through the 1955-56 school year. The athletics sections of the book are characterized by a dou- ble reverse, white type on a black background air brush process; airbrushing is a comparatively new effective lithographic process. Grey tone is used intermittently throughout the LOG to add variety and soft contrast. The art work, the several ships on the division pages, the line drawings and end sheets were designed by LeRoy Meek and Fred Overcash, two artists whom we feel have contributed immensely to the effectiveness of the 1956 LOG s theme, A voyage through a memorable era.
